I recently joined FastSpring as Chief Product & Technology Officer. FastSpring is a global payments platform for SaaS, software, and gaming companies—handling checkout, subscription management, and global tax compliance for 3,500+ customers.

Right now I'm deep in:

• Onboarding and building relationships with the team
• Understanding the product, technology, and customer landscape
• Identifying high-leverage opportunities for AI-first product development
• Evolving my leadership team

Building

BunkOS — I'm developing a personal operating system built on Obsidian that integrates knowledge management with execution. It's an AI-native system with a hierarchical structure (Vision → Areas → Goals → Strategies → Projects → Tasks) that combines graph databases, vector search, and LLM orchestration.

Learning

• Deep-diving into agentic AI workflows and how they change product development
